Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I take one regular Centrum chewable in the morning and 1 Centrum Silver chewable in the evening WITH an 18g Iron capsule.

I was diagnosed with macular degeneration just 6 weeks after WLS and Centrum Silver has some of the supplements which help the age-related problems (macular degeneration being one of them). I also supplement with additional FloraGLO lutein and zeaxanthin

Regular Centrum has 18mg of iron it - Centrum Silver has none so my doc suggested supplementing with the 18g iron capsule.

Added to that, spread throughout the day I take 3 Calcium Citrate plus additional Vitamin D, 2 B12's, and B-100.

Thank-you!

I started with those Bariactric Advantage calcium in the wild cherry and I just couldn't stomach them. My doc said I could switch to the viactive chews. I actually found the same type chew made by Spring Valley that is sugar free and I like them. I am managing the actigall by taking it with orange juice since it is so bitter. I take my vitamins and iron in the mornings along with the actigall. Then chew the calcium a few times a day. Take vitamin D and another actigall in the evening. I will start B-12 in a few weeks and biotin.

I take a chewable multi, flax seed oil, calcium citrate, magnesium, zinc, colace, chewable benefiber, vitamin b complex. I used to take iron, but that seriously constipated me and I stopped. What's biotin? I see a lot of you are taking it. I do take them in the am, but about 2 hours after I eat breakfast.

Jaime

Oh i really have to say how much better I feel since I found this site - it's really nice to have a place to go!

I know alot people that have that problem. But try to keep your self discipline, do it long enough and it will be a part of you like breathing. Take care.

i take two of the bariatric advantage chewables multiple vitamin and two of the bariatric advantage calcium citrates per day (not at the same time - you don't want to take the calcium when taking the multiple) then i take one dosage of coromega (omega3 supplement) per day then three times a week take b12.
