Is it possible to gain 3 lbs just from drinking regular sweetened ice tea?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Sweetened with what?
You could be retaining water, are you getting in more salt than you should as well?

im only asking because the onbes with sugar have A LOT more calories than the diet ones. im sure doc can answer for sure. but i would think if you went back to regular sweetend beverages you would gain once out of the honeymoon stage...good question.

I absolutely loved sweet tea pre op, it was the hardest thing for me to give up. Post op, I dont like the black teas, they're too strong, but love the green tea with orange spice flavor. I brew it and add splenda to taste. Yummy and sugar free.

If it is sugar, Are you crazy, sugar? It doesn't make you sick or dump? Kick it and kick it now.
At Wallmart and Hannaford, here anyway, Special K H20 makes a Proteiin iced tea in packets, the sugar is low and the taste is great. Not the premade in the bottles, the sugar is too high. I did my rounds with the Coke and sugar before surgery, don't go back there. Sugar increases your appetite, yeah, you're gonna gain weight? Did you get any pre-education before surgery about this?
