Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I came up with this question from posting what you eat and am curious if anyone else does the same thing. I have really funny food cravings. One of them is Headcheese with Dorthy Lynch dressing. I cut my headcheese into sticks and dip them into dorthy lynch dressing. Now I would have NEVER done this before surgery. But I like the taste of it now. In fact I am starting to do that to more meats. That is so WEIRD for me to do that. The high protein pudding I am crumbling the homemade cookies into it and that tastes good to me too. I even went as far and took some of the creamcheese dip and dipping cashews into it and also doing it to a few other nuts to. I hope I do not get any weirder with eating like that, I have not done it in front of company and I am afraid to do that and they might think I really am weird after my surgery. My husband just gives me real funny looks when I do that and just shakes his head. Does anyone else do things like that, I hope I am not the only person that does weird things like that. I better explain what headcheese is. It is NOT made out of pork heads, the way we make it is we cook off pork from the front shoulder and then we grind it up with some skin from a pork and combine that and put in spices and put it into a casing and then we compress it and poke holes in it to drain all the fat out of it. That is our headcheese we make.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Dorthy Lynch dressing is what a person uses on lettuce. The dressing in the stores is found at the dressing section that you use on lettuce. It looks kinda orangeee and it comes in a round bottle and I have not seen the jars in plastic only in glass. I first tasted that dressing when we were at our relatives house for a meal many years ago and I just loved that dressing on lettuce. Then we started using it on other veg. and used it as veg. dip too. The dressing has a little sweet taste to it. It is mild and it is not tangy. I guess it has a taste all of its own, best is to taste it, it is hard to explain how it tastes but it does have a little sweet taste to it. Now I did try the low fat but it has a real funny taste so I stick to the regular, I just control how much I put on.
