i can't get any of my smilies from my e-mail into this site? i also can't access smilie central smilies at all. for smilie central i have downloaded as it instructs and it saves where ever i put it but when i go there to get smilies i get an empty folder. i have trashed and re-downloaded who knows how many times. any advice?

Awww sorry your having troubles with it.
I know a while back it was giving my computer
grief and i deleted the smiley central.
SOME pc's are tempremental (did i spell that right)
oh well
hope someone else can help you with that.
RIGHT now i am having a POP up blocker issue
i got to figure out how to turn it off. THIS pc
just got an operating system update and that
now is on and giving me trouble.
COMPUTERs! sssssssssshhhhhhhheeeesh
