Every time I post I get this error message that I can't post without approval.

The only time I've got that is when i tryed to make a post with a link in it.

This has happened from time to time. When Doc gets on she'll fix it.

If you are referring to your thread in Weightloss Surgeons and Hospitals, I am sorry for the inconvenience, but it will not be fixed in the near future, because for some reason, it is the target of many many many spam posts, and some (a lot) with unsavory images and links.
We tried changing the explanatory info on the top and what not, even changed part of the title, but it didn't work, so Michael finally had to fix it the way it is now.
Please bear with us, I do check all the moderated posts and threads, and approve them as needed.

I am trying to post a reply to a thread that was submitted today, but there is a box that comes up stating that I am either logged off or do not have privileges to perform the task. I know that I am logged on, so what am i doing wrong?

Which thread/forum? As I stated in my previous post, there are certain areas that are moderated and ALL posts are subject to moderation. Also, if the threads are CLOSED, you will not be able to post. If you are having problems in threads/forums that are not moderated nor closed, please drop the mods/admins a note.
