What is my "Reputation," and who makes those little comments that go with them? What changes it? I'm clueless!!

Look on the right hand corner of your post under Rep Power (don't know what that means either!) and there's a little bitty square ... mine is green and yours is dark. Hold your mouse over it and there's a secret message!
