The eStore is a seperate database. You need to register seperate. We have done this specifically for your security.

Go into the store first, either through samples, or the produtcs list on the left index column. With the samples page, if you scroll down, there's a customer info form, so fill that in, and continue.
If you actually want a prodcut you already use, put it in the shopping cart, and go through check out.

I actually am having problems and had to call the company. They are supposed to call me back and let me know what the problem is.

It's funny, some people seem to breeze through, others having trouble.
I sure hope this doesn't discourage people, there always are glitches with anything in the beginning, and all your experiences help in making this a smoother sailing, so keep bugging the store!! That's for the best!!

I'm having problems too and the samples link has disappeared. Does that mean they're all gone?
