e-mail responses

I'm never very good at navagating these boards. Is there a way to opt out of the e-mail responses to messages?

Go to your userCP through the button on the nav bar, choose Options in the index column, scroll down to where it lists the options for notifications to threads you have "subscribed" to, and change that to no notification.

LOL - Okay. Thanks. I'll do that - just as soon as I figgure out what a userCP is and where the nav bar is. LOL
