Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     |  I'M HALFWAY!!!! whooooohooooo!! Well....for Today, my water retention is down...and I've LOST....another .4!!! I only needed .3 to be at my 1/2 way point! SOOOO, I'm over the 1/2 way point by .1#!!!!! WHOOOOHOOOOO!!! It's amazing how .4 lbs can make a HUGE difference in my attitude....I knew that I was retaining water...but, I was bummed!! ~ I'm thrilled to be at my 1/2 way mark...it makes such a difference to hit this GOAL!! I'm 2 days from being at my 5 month post op....and I'm fine with only loosing 8.2#....I'm just sooo excited that I'm 1/2 way...and if I loose 100# by 6mos Post op...that would be great!! (I'd secretly hoped that I'd have lost 110 by my six months....but, anyway... LOL. )  Thanks for celebrating with me!!!!

| Super Moderator  |  Congratulations!!So long as you are keeping on track, there is no way your body will NOT lose, so don't panic, don't get blue with all those stalls, whether mini or big. Well, I realize it's hard when the scale doesn't move, but make it a practice to keep the bigger picture in your mind, and you'll do fine!!
