My little prayer

When the day is glorious, when the night is stormy, when I look out my window, when I walk alone, even when I'm sad and down. I love to bask in the miracle of what's around us, whether man-made, or nature, and always have this little song in my heart.

The Earth is my altar,
The sky is my dome,
My heart is full of glory,
My hopes ever for joy and peace,
My heart full of love never cease,
For my trust shall never falter,
My faith shall never roam.

What's your prayer for the day?

You know, sometimes, words just seem to flow into my heart, if you know what I mean.
I suppose that's something I can call "Grace" and I am grateful for it.

These words i write are not my own
from inspiration they have flown
they have come from peace and love
from the mighty one above
everyday i take the time
to write these words that ar not mine
all i need is paper and pen
and the words come quickly then
His words flow quickly through my heart
sometimes i notice them with a start
some days i do not hear His voice
so nay i write, i have no choice
i can not take credit for any line
for these words i write are not mine
God's blessed me with this great gift
so that the reader may feel a lift
should their spirit seem to fall down
His words may pick them off the ground
and everytime He speaks to my heart
i feel that writting is only a part
He has a plan, He will follow through
and writting this i do for you
an instument in his hands i'll be
and that's enough joy for me
just to know these words aren't mine
and that they come from love divine
