Sorry for the delay in posting today! I hope everyone had a blessed day.

I am Happy!
There was a time when I walked around with a face full of darkness, self-pity and grief. Life was wearisome. BUT GOD! He doesn’t run from the darkness, He runs into it! Just as the Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters in Genesis, He was hovering over me. The god of this world had blinded my mind, prevented me from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel. The light began shining in my heart, and I saw Jesus who loved me and gave himself for me. The Father gives his children a glad heart and a joyous spirit!

PRAYER:
Father, I am tried of walking around in sadness with this long, unhappy expression. I ask you to expose the source of this unhappiness, and forgive me for wrong perceptions about you and about myself. You have made me glad and I rejoice before you. I choose to be happy from the inside out, and from the outside in. I am glad and rejoice before you, my God; I am happy and joyful. My happy heart makes my face cheerful, and my eyes rejoices the heart of others. I am a happy, jovial, cheerful and tenacious child of God. Thank you Jesus for your joy. It is fulfilled in me. Hallelujah and Amen.
