Years ago I had a hairline fracture on my foot from a bad fall that developed into arthuritis. I have been on it so much this week and last week. It swells every day and hurts every day. It has gotten so bad it hurts when wearing my shoes I am going to the immediate care in the Harbin Clinic. I had to break down and ask my Dad for a favor but his sister is taking me.

I hope your foot feels better soon. Try to stay off of it as much as possible. Once you get some weight off it will help it a lot. I had plantarfastitis and it felt like bones sticking in my arch and my heel but once I lost the weight it no longer bothers me. Good luck to you.
