Tomorrow I travel back over to my moms place to clear out some of her things. I miss her so much and know that tomorrow will be difficult. I can't believe she's been gone for two months when the grief still feels as if it were yesterday. I keep finding myself wanting to call her and then remember I can't. I could really use your prayers. I'm going alone tomorrow and think I'll be able to use that time to remember, consider and to let some more go. The task we have before us is overwhelming because as I've said before, my mom was a hoarder. However, I have found the perfect place to donate a lot of things to. It's a rescue mission down in Tacoma that doesn't resell everything. It's a place that opens its doors to needy families who can come in and shop for free. They also have a food bank that I have a lot of food to donate to.
Another prayer request I have is that I don't run into my sister or nephew while I'm there. They are not suppose to come on the property except to bring back the stuff they took that wasn't theirs to take. Like my birdbath and giant cooler. If I do see them I refuse to cower to their bullying. Thanks and hugs |
