I have found this to help me deal with stress and also to not eat except when hungy. I will not return to old patterns and put weight back on.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

It helps to have something mental and spritual, rather than having something physical, when needing to learn new coping skills. It is so easy to turn to something that's a substance as in food, or anything else, rather than reflecting on yourself and meditating. The skills you are learning now is sure to take you a long way, and keep you healthy both mentally and physically.

i am seeing a psychiatrist once a month to help with the stress of the surgery, (not my idea but glad now that i am).
i do love meditation, self hypnosis, i often turn the lights off, light a bunch of candles and either sit on a pillow on the floor or in the recliner and put on relaxation music or just concentrate on the silence, and sounds that surround me. this only works if you can get the time alone though, a house full of kids would make this hard, i'm sure.
Great idea tweety

Thanks and I am finding it a great help with the stress but also just the day to day things in my life. I wasn't sure how to meditate but I got the book Meditation for Dummies and it is great help.
