God's Love Song

One day I heard a melody
I wondered what it could be
A lovely song, sweet and low
Who sang that song, I had to Know
A hundred voices, surely more
Singing of the love God had in store
Quietly i listened, while my tears did fall
For sure it was God's loving call
Sweet mercy was being spoke of
Mercy in God's everlasting love
And who could fail but to respond
To the Angels, singing God's love song
Praise and thanks being given
Worshipping forever only Him
When all other things come to an end
To you the Angels this song will send
Mighty are His ways, and wondrous are His deeds
Giving to all those who love Him, giving to all in need
Love, pure and abounding
Making even sinners hearts sing
For we know that He is watching
And we know that He is listening
What would we do without Him
Forever we have lived in sin
But now His mercy He hands us
No second thoughts, if's and's or but's
And if you're quiet within your mind
And searching with your heart you'll find
You will hear that melody
And know that Angels it must be

thank you
i've been alittle afraid to put God poetry up for fear of offending someone with a different belief system. i think everybody should be able to believe what they want and i do love talking with people of other beliefs than mine, so educating, but some people are offended when confronted with this stuff so i've been a little leary,

Bandit, that's why this place is called the "G" File. Craig created this area just so everyone who feels comfortable can come in, but those who are not sure can leave this place be. We can tell what will be found by the name, so the choice is easy to make. Don't worry about brining your "G" File poems here.
