Default headaches anyone???

It has been over 2 years since my WLS surgery. I have cheated, I have dumped and puked etc... I know what those are and the feeling when it is coming. As time went on I have been pretty good about what I eat. I have started to notice something though... Tell me if anybody else has noticed this. If I eat something with too much sugar - not necessarily fatty - but like mostly sugar - do you get a headache later, or the next morning? Night-time is my bad time. I am good throughoput the day when I am at work or busy. I like to read at night and sometimes nibble on something I shouldn't... I have gotten some bad headaches. I had a piece of pumpkin pie one night and got a little sick to my stomach and then went to bed...I got a bad headache during the night and had it still the next morning. That has happened a few times and now I am trying to connect the dots. I have stopped the sugar to see if I can tell the difference.....and yes I can. I was getting worried because a couple of those were really bad headaches. Not in the eyes - or my neck (a former injury) so nothing I can relate it to...so I was a little worried. I think it was the sugar...... Any ideas??

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I find my killer headaches are hormonal-related (time of the month) but it probably is possible that it is related to sugar because you were off of sugar for so long! (I equate it to the caffeine withdrawal, only in reverse - going off caffeine can cuase headaches since your body is used to it.)

But, I'm not a doc, so I'm only speculating!
