Thumbs up small bite utensils

If you want a great alternative to the baby spoons, check out the small bite utensils at Portion Control Concepts - Home. I had my lap band in February 2010, And quickly realized there's no one stop shop for wls patients. As I find (and use) products that work, I will add them to the site so check back often for new and practical tools! Tell me what you think....

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Kinietta -- Thank you for this link. I like the idea of these -- they are so much classier than the baby utensils. They're a little pricey, but I just might treat myself anyway. =)

Thanks Katy. The idea is that these can be used while dining out and other social gatherings in place of the traditional tableware. After I had my surgery, I was like "No way am I going out to eat with my Dora the Explorer Spoon!". It was extremely difficult to find the nicer small bite utensils, so when I finally found a maufacturer I decided to try to make them available to others via my site. I also now have added some other really awesome products. They are able to be viewed now, but will not become available until April 12th. The protein shaker is totally changing my ability to take my shakes on a regular basis! You just gotta see for yourself...Portion Control Concepts - Home - Dallas, TX
