Ok so is there anything with good protien and low carbs ? I kinda glanced at the site, but it would be faster and easier to know if there is things we can use other than just the seasonings..always on the look out for something new...thanks ..annie ~

There aren't any high protein items. I just really love the seasonings and I do use their sauces. They have a bit more sugar in them, but it doesn't take very much. I make most of their products. Even though I can't have everything, my family and friends loves it.
