We are using Splenda and (presently) DiabetiSweet as sweetners, but will change to Splenda and maltitol (maltitol has less calories than Diabetisweet, and comes in powdered form as well as crystal).
We do not as yet have nutritional values posted (we need to generate some money to pay for the lab work).
