Default Sin on a spoon!!

Oh MY HEAVENS!!! So, I buy that Special K Protein powder you can add to water, right? Ok...It's strawberry kiwi....5 grams of protein....

I also had some Berries/Cream Yoplait light in the fridge...and I start thinking (ya'll back up, things get interesting when I start thinking LOL)......I open the yogurt and start swirling in the protein powder.....and VOILA...I just turned my yogurt into 10 grams of protein & only 130 calories....!!! Now, I want to try this with the Dannon...it would be 10 grams of protein and less than 100 calories!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yes, Dannon Light and Fit would be the better choice of yogurt, but you may have to adjust the amount of Special K powder due to the smaller size container. Good to see your always thinking and innovative. I've adopted that motto, as too many things in life I've wanted, and found it not "ready made" on the shelf, whether it'a material good or a food item. Thanks for the input.
