Default 3 month{3 and 1/2} blood work

i had my 3 month check up 2 weeks ago {more like 3 and half month check up} . anyways i had blood work done.. and a few concerns popped up. the nurse told me i was a little low in the protien , low in vitamin A, and my B12 was also low. I will admit i havenot been consitent in my vitamin taking habits. truthfully, i just dont think of it...i have them RIGHT by the kitchen sink so am seeing them...i just am not not good at being religious about taking them. anywaysssssss,,,,,my question is,, what exactly does B12 do??? thanks in advance for all your replies

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

my vitamins are by the computer and I am religious with them EVERY morning while I read new threads on RR!!!

It sounds like it was a decent check up....get the routine down and your labs should take care of themselves!

VB12 helps make red blood cells and protects nerve cells and encourages their normal growth. You need them to prevent anemia and neuropathies.

Always be sure that your vitamin levels are within normal limits for good health.
Also, if you are low in protein, it is going to hinder good weight loss, and you will lose muscles instead of building them to support your health and new body.
Devise a method to get your vitamins and supplements in as required.
Have a timer, use pill boxes, keep them in several places, etc etc.

Yes, def do whatever it is that you have to do to remind you of your vitamins. I keep a pill box next to my computer as well and also whatever I can not take I bring with me in a small baggy in my purse.
