Default Liquid vitamin tip

I was speaking with the president of the brand of liquid vitamins I take today. Even though the B12 levels are 1668% of the RDA, maximum absorption increased by doing this: take the one ounce dose of liquid vitamins, and hold under your tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. . You will sublingually absorb a lot of the B12, and your body will absorb the rest when swallowed. Maximum B12 absorption this way. DAVE

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
