Default "Pill Time" reminder

I had an old pill timer that my mom gave me for a garage sale. It had 4 alarms that could be set daily, and a pill container attached. I checked online, and the company is still making them, and in a wider variety. Some have pill containers, some are watches, some are timers only. I've read posts where people are having issues with getting their daily pills in as they tend to forget. These should help those folks. You can see them at Diabetic Care Services: Wellness Supplies: Medication Management & Carrying Cases

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I bought my wife a watch with multiple alarms. One goes off when it's time for her morning pills, then another goes off a half hour later to remind her that she should have taken them the first time. Another pair of alarms do the same in the evening. It's not perfect, but it helps a lot!

Thanks for the information. I know that I have to find a much better way of managing my vitamin intake.

thanks!! I had a great watch for a long time that had a count down timer I could decide it was close to time to eat, hit that timer for 25 min and finish off my water...let the time go and then eat when it beeped..same for after eating..it disappeared in a move 2.5 yrs ago and omg! can't find anything to replace it..this site has some great stuff ...although my great watch was only like 15.99 at walmart I've never found a replacement for it! I really needed that countdown alarm!

Go to: Pill Timer.com (of all things!) This company has been around a long time and these reminders really work for me.
I use a smartphone (Palm) and the desktop program, but they have software for Windows phones, too. If you spend a lot of time on the computer, like I do, the desktop program is great! The pill reminders pop up when it's time to take a pill or get on the treadmill, or whatever. I love this method because I'm ALWAYS on my PC and it's like having a personal secretary or a nurse...

Tiffiany,
I saw your post about needing to find a better way to remember your vitamins, etc. You might try the free Reminder Service at pilltimer.com You set up your own messages and call schedule and your phone will let you know when to take your vitamins or other kinds of reminders and it's not really too pricey. I use there email reminders (free) and 1 phone message 3 times a week to inspire me to go to the Y to exercise. Nobody I know voluntarily remembers to jump on a stooopid treadmill? When my phone nags me, I actually will get up and go do it.
Best,
SuzieCue

The link I provided works independently of any cell phone, PDA, or computer. Not everyone has all of these devices, nor can the always access them at any time. The timers on my links work whether your working in your home, shopping, driving, at work, watching TV, etc. I use the computer daily, but my luck, I'd not be there when a message came through. I don't use a PDA, and my cell phone is in my vehicle, so my family can reach me when I'm away from home. DAVE
