Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I dont eat them. I found if I eat them, I have cravings the rest of the day. I try to eat protein, like cottage cheese or a hard boiled egg instead. Your right, too much sugar and not really that filling!

I had tried some in the begining but I didnt feel good after I ate them. I think they might have made me do a light dumping so I dont do them. Sorry I am of no help.

i enjoy the south beach ones as well as the pure prtoein..
of course you have to watch the sugar content, sugar alchohol doesn't bother me & i enjoy these as i can't tolerate the shakes...

All of them make me dump. I stick to string cheese sticks, nuts, or Dave's dried peas.

I get the ones at Costco--I think they're the Kirkland brand. They come in a 2-pack. I find them very filling, and usually can only eat 1/2 at a time. They're good for traveling or keeping at work in case you forget your lunch.
