Default What vitamins are ya'll taken?

As I approach my weightloss goal I'm finding I'm less concerned about losing weight and more concerned about my overall health.
Thank you to those that posted and educated me that I cant take my multi (with iron) with calcium. I'm 8 months post op and this is the first I've heard of that.
Anyway, I'd like to know what all everyone is taking (and how often).
Also, as much as I hate to share this with anyone, I am battling gas after I eat ANYTHING. I don't eat ANY junk. So I know it's not that. I've taken Gas X and it does work, but can I take it twice a day safely for a long period of time? Does anyone else have this issue and whats the best way to tackle it?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Heres another question (maybe for doc). Do our labs really show a complete picture? Could I be lacking in nutrients that the labs won't show?

Whether your labs show the complete picture depends on whether you labs cover everything.

I am 8 months post op.

Here is what I have been taking since 3 months post op, and my labs are stellar:

AM after breakfast, 2 standard calcium citrate tablets. The horse pills. Available in HUGE amounts at Sams Club/Costco/Walmart.

Evening: 1 Walmart/Sams Club/Costco standard multivitamin for Senior (As I am over 50 and menopausal). before 3 months, I chewed 2 children's chewables.

Chewable Iron supplement from Bariatric Advantage (Iron Ferronate (sp?) in capsule form "comes up" on me. yukky. That is why I buy the more expensive BA chewable)

I take the Bariatric Advantage multivitamins: 1 in the morning and 1 after dinner, calcuim: 1 in the morning, 1 at lunch and 1 after dinner, vitamin D: 1 at night, B-12: 1 per week. I have yet to start taking iron because in the beginning it was making me sick so my surgeon told me to stop taking them until he tells me other wise (that kind of worrys me because my multivitamion does not have iron in it). But if I were taking them I would take 1 per day.
