Default lactose-free products

I have severe lactose intolerance and cannot take most meal replacement drinks, and many the bars as well. I can handle soy. Since I am about to do my 2-week liquid diet, I am requesting advice on this from those who may have been in the same situation.

Terry

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I ordered a lactose free shake mix from bariatric advantage that wasn't too bad. Hope this helps and good luck on your journey!

I've seen in health food stores flavored protein powders that come in soy and also egg whites.

Im right there with ya! Im having a really hard time finding something that tastes good. Ive tried so many powders & its hard finding something that's lactose free. I was told to try the soy drinks, but so far they are disgusting! Just bought some of the liquid protein bullets today, but they also taste bad & since they are whey isolate, im not so sure they are lactose free..but the salesperson said since they are isolate, they should be fine. (?) Tried to get help from my nut, but I think she's sick of me! have you found anything yet? I had Optisource protein drinks in the hospital that are lactose free...but got sick of that too
