Check out the eStore on this site, it's BA. If you want to order, you do need to set up an individual account from your RR board account.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I use the Building Blocks chewable supplements. My calcium is chocolate flavor, multi is mixed berry and iron is black raspberry.

I saw the Baritrc fusion vitamins the other day at my surgeon's office. I'll have to try them.

I found multi vites adult gummy vitamins at Vitamin World and have been taking them now for about 3 months....I love them they taste good and i dont have have a problem remembering them. My labs have been good (except for iron which is another story all together) I think that chewing a vitamin helps absorb better. (just my opinion)
I have a terrible time swallowing big pills and remembering to take pills. I take these right after lunch sorta as a "candy" type thing...........works for me......

I like the idea of a single pill to take that can fulfill all we need, but reality is the further you get out everyone needs more of one thing than another. There's certainly not a good coverage there. Plus if your doc bases it all on the blood work then it becomes specific for YOU.

personally I keep having ongoing thiamine issues so I have to really invest and KEEP taking high doses of that.

oh and on the anemia issue...the nutritionist last year and the doc had said that it is often due to COPPER deficiency post op...so any iron supplement is NOT going to help worth anything at all.

The other thing to consider is how much we absorb at one time so it really isn't optimum to take all your calcium at one time coz you wont absorb the max amt you need. Just a thought~~~ Has anyone tried the calcium lozenges?

If you order the strawberry, let me know how you like them. I asked for samples when I placed my order, but they didn't send any. (Which kinda miffed me!) Ah well....
I really like the berry flavor, the orange cream just sounds gross so I haven't tried them. The strawberry flavor will be here Monday I'll let you know.
