Default Best protein shake i have tried!

i have tried quit a few different protein shakes and all have been gritty or loaded with sugar ect. Well i was at a gnc here near my house and i was talking to the owner and he told me to try this one protein that he said only his stores carries (but others may have it also) it is called MAX Protein. It taste wonderful it only has like 1 carb and one gam sugar per scoop it is not gritty and the chocolate is great. here is a link i found about it i am sure it can be found on the net also..... theworldaccordingtoeggface: Heads Up: Max Protein

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I recently tried Pure Protein vanilla creme shake also from GNC. it was great. not too sweet and not too bland. I think I've found my drink....finally.

Hey did you check out the calories for the serving per scoop? Some of the GNC ones seem to be higher than others even if low carb.

I'm a designer Whey girl here..100 cals per serving!

I've tried super whey from walmart which mixes easily with the crystal light but for the 52 g protein for 2 scoops at 260 cals..?! whew! That's not so great for me.

I noticed at a short trip to Homeland where I don't usually shop that they carry the premixed muscle mix with all the dariy products. But not the LEAN muscle milk..I was wanting to try it for a different thing to try!

I like this one from GNC is AMP. It has about 90 calories per scoop, 20g of protein, and 1 g of carb, sugar is less than 1 g. It tastes good but I have grown to like the convenience of ready mixed.

Personally I really like Nectar. Zero sugar, 90 cals, and tastes good. Smooth, not thick, tastes good, and seems to digest the best of the ones I have tried so far. It was on sale at The Vitamin Shoppe. It has a splenda type stuff in it, but Aspertame. That stuff gives me migraines.
