Default Do I Take Iron With Other Vit's?

Hi Everyone, I read somewhere, once apon a time, not to take my iron supliments with my other vitamins. Do you take iron pills and do you take them with everything all at one time or do you wait a period of time between the other vit's and then take your iron? I've been taking them seperately but find I forget the iron most of the time. So any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I'd rather take them all at once and forget it, I have a forgettery and not a memory remember!!! Hope you all are well and enjoying the Holiday Season!!! Hugs, Susie Q

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Why not to take iron and vitamins together is in the article linked in this thread.
There was a discussion a while back on what members did not to forget their respective pills, but it needs to be searched and dug up.
Sorry, I don't have the time to do so right now, but I hope the linked article will help you some.
