My nut has me taking 3 flintstone per day, plus 2 calcium per day and wants them spread out, at least 2 hours between each. I am taking vitamins all day long and it is really hard to keep up sometimes. So, I just ordered Unjury vitamins, the instructions say you only need one per day. I hope I like them! They should be here any day!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I'm taking the Disney Complete vitamins. I showed them at my one week followup and they were okayed, and to only take one. Obviously if labs are done and things are low that will be revisited.

It also has all the Iron I'm supposed to be taking.

For Calcium Citrate, I'm currently taking the BA Chewy ones. Still working on what I'm going to do about B12 in the long run, but I have some samples still.

I have a Vitamin D and Vitamin A deficiency now and have to take 50,000 IUI of D, 2 times a week for the next few months and an A vitamin. I was reading the back of the bottle and really, those vitamins are really not enough even though it says adults can take them because they were designed for children and not people who may have issues of not getting enough nutrients thru food, like us. They are not gonna have a huge dose of anything because it is for little bodies. lol! I think once you get further out post op, its better to find an adult vitamin vs. Flintstones. I know some people still take them or love them but after my vitamin issues, I don't trust using them anymore. I just started taking Bariatric Advantage and I love them! And because I am low income, I get them for free, so that makes it even better for me. When I have my labs done again, I hope to see much improvement because this months was bad.
Can you tell me where do you find Bariatric Advantage Vitamins. Id like to see if i could tolerate them.. thanks

I use the Optisource vitamins and like them. I am wandering with low vitamin b problems going on with me,if Optisouce has enough vitamin b in them. Im not sure how much vitamin b a person is suppose to have daily.. Ive sure got a lot to learn.

The eStore (in the orange navigation bar above) is Bariatric Advantage store. The ID there is not connected to the ID here, so you need to register there separately.
