Default Could use some advice, please

I have just started my weight loss journey as my surgical date was Jan 22. I already started taking Biotin twice a day as well as two hair, skin & nail supplements...my problem is this: when I take the hair supplemental vitamins, I burp them alot and the taste is horrible....I hate taking them for that reason. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what I can do (besides stop taking them, of course, LOL!).....My hair is already THIN....I was hoping to avoid this issue as I understand it doesn't happen to everyone.

Thank you in advance
Valerie**

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default Hey Valerie!

Well, I had that same problem with some of my vitamin supplements. I don't know if this will help you, but it did me. I made sure that when I took them, I took them with food. You have probably tried this already, but I thought I would reply to you anyway. Maybe, by chance, you have not. I did alot of burping soon after surgery, and still do. I am constantly burping all the time. lol With the hairloss, I can't relate. SORRY I count my blessings with that. I would go off the deep end if I did. I might not have much, but what I do have, I Cherish. I have come to the realization, though, that if baldness DOES come from the mother's side of the family, I AM DOOMED ANY WAY I LOOK AT IT. LOL

Hi Valerie! I can tell you that right after my surgery, I didn't get nausea, but everything made me burp and gurgle! So much so that it was embarassing! That eventually subsided quite a bit, so that now, I get some gurgling right after I eat, but not NEARLY as much.
It seems you are taking a lot of meds right now. I'm not sure I could have done that. Can any of them wait until later in your journey?

Thanks for everyone's reply.

Mike...that is a good point....maybe after Monday when I get to start semisolid food, it will get better for me.

Tammy....I have thought about that too. On Wednesday I see my Nurtitionalist and perhaps he can make some changes or have some suggestions

Thanks again, everyone for your input!

Hugs,
Valerie***
