I found a couple of these in my local Walgreens. They are put out by Hormel and are called "Healthy Shot" (double protein). Comes in peach and tropical fruit flavor and are only 2.5 oz!!!
I tried one tonight and NOT the greatest flavor, but I bet if it was cut with water (or just gulped fast) it would work better.

Anyway, just checking if anyone here has ever tried them and if they are OK pre op or post op?

I know a gal who drand them after surgery, not sure about before, she used them when out and about and needed a boost, I personally thought they tasted terrible..but then when I tried them not much of anything tasted good lol..goiod luck !, Annie~
