Default What my instructions say vs what I found

Okay. So, for vitamins, here's what my instructions say:

Mulitvitamin

  • Look for a vitamin with the USP symbol (don't see that unfortunately)
  • Meets 100% RDA (yep)
  • No added sugar (they use Fructose, Sucralose and Xylitol as their sweetners it looks like, carbs per is listed as <1g)
Iron

  • 18 mg/day (the Mulit I found has 18mg per tablet)
B12 and Calcium I'll still need.

So... do these sound okay? Looks like I won't need separate Iron either, but that I'll need to take my Calcium at a separate time then.

Also, as my instructions say just that they need to meet the 100% RDA, do I only need one, or should I be taking 2, especially as I'm still not eating much? Will that be too much Iron?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi Jessi Im Vickie. I wish I had a direct answer for you. Your so early out. When I first come out they put me on a spray vitamin. It worked well. Then ( I ) was told to take the Flintsones chewables. Somthing in those make me very sick. Dunno what it was but it WAS them. I did the foolish this of ok these make me sick im not taking any... long story short in a few months i was in the hosptial vitamin deficinat amoung other things so you asking now is a good thing. I would ask your NUT or your surgeon. One of them should know. Make sure they give you a direct answer. If you have trouble taking them tell them that you are dont get discouraged like I did and give up yes I tried so hard after 3 months and said the hell with it on that part.

When they found that out about me They had me take precription vitamins which were not paid for by insurance because they were vitamins. And they were expensive. It was told to me like this......take them or die. Well I took em. Now I take a Multi Vitamin in the am and then one in the PM. They do my vitamin work up 4 times a year sooner if i ask them to and it comes back right on level.

Sorry about the ramble. Just trying to say thank you for asking and make sure you get a good answer to your question. Make sure you feel good about the one your taking and know you getting in it your body and keeping it in.

So ask both honey and if your satified ask them again until you are. I wish I had.
