Okay. So, for vitamins, here's what my instructions say:
Mulitvitamin
- Look for a vitamin with the USP symbol (don't see that unfortunately)
- Meets 100% RDA (yep)
- No added sugar (they use Fructose, Sucralose and Xylitol as their sweetners it looks like, carbs per is listed as <1g)
Iron
- 18 mg/day (the Mulit I found has 18mg per tablet)
B12 and Calcium I'll still need.
So... do these sound okay? Looks like I won't need separate Iron either, but that I'll need to take my Calcium at a separate time then.
Also, as my instructions say just that they need to meet the 100% RDA, do I only need one, or should I be taking 2, especially as I'm still not eating much? Will that be too much Iron?
