Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I've found Pure Protein premixed shakes and I'm gonna see how they taste after surgery. But, they have 35g protein and only 1g sugar.

I would recommend a higher protein total in the numbers.

And the carbs look a bit high-ish, but if you add it to water or other zero-carb fluid only, it should be the same, carb-wise, as a milk-made shake. But then you lose the protein punch of the added milk.

It is better than nothing, but very early post op, it just is not enough to get the necessary protein requirements, IMNSHO.

Its the best I can do right now...I've tried several others and cannot stomach them. I'm going to see my nut on wednesday so I'll check with her and see what she thinks. I'm also doing Greek yogurt which has 12grams of protein and string cheese, small pieces of beef or pork that are tender, chili and cottage cheese. I also drink skim milk
