Talking Protein Powder

I hear many of you talking about protein powder and protein shakes. Many of you have a hard time finding a protein shake that you like. what are your favorite Protein Shakes and is that the same thing as protein powder?

Is the protein powder something all together different?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

OKAY well their are tasteless protein powders on the market that can be added into foods to add the protein in ...of course early out i bought some at GNC but hated it and it ruined everything i put it in ......so didnt like it
i was a bigger fane of a chocolate protein shake (advant Edge Carb control shakes --ready made for convienice) and in my early months i ordered online NECTAR fuzzy navel flavored protein drink and i would freeze them up like slushies...they sure helped me get my daily protein
levels to were the surgeon wanted them...along with stallone protein puddings.
ITS all a matter of personal taste to find a shake that is yummy to u.
I know some brands i have to add banana or peanut butter and some splenda to make them tolerable!
SOME sites will send samples!
I also love power crunch bars i slice them open and freeze them with
sugar free cool whip and enjoy those as my PMS treat when i need a sweet treat.

ALL helps get those numbers were we need!
GOOD LUCK!
hugs

I know many have hear me say this more then once, but the only one i have ever tried that i really really like is Jay Robb Whey brand. The only one i have found to mix well and not leave a bad taste. He has a website you can order from. .A little more pricey then the others but so worth it. Jay Robb Official Site - The Fat Burning Diet,* Fruit Flush 3 Day Detox, All Natural Protein Powders ...

Good luck

Poke your head in our eStore, and check out the product categories, that should give you a fair idea what protein shakes and powders and other supplements are like.

Also, protein by nature as a supplement, is rather gritty and kind of raw smelling. Think, dried meat or chicken, or fish, ground into flakes...soy and whey are less raw, but dry and gritty nonetheless. The smoothness is achieved by adding fat, so when you are looking at protein bars, be sure to check out the fat content (and carb content) as well as protein.
