Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Guess I missed it somewhere but how much protein per serving does it have. Have you tried it yet? Let us know how it is.

Actually, if you can get 30 grams protein in 130 calories, that is pretty good. I do a double of Unjury powder so I get 40 grams in a little over 200 calories. It is my morning "drink" on the way to work. I've never been a eater first thing in the morning. I have to be up for a few hours.

I don't know if there is a Vitamin Shoppe in town...I want to try the Choc Truffle stuff I've heard about. The Unjury is expensive, but I can tolorate it and actually like it. The Isopure is high protein, but the only one I can stomach (and that is about once a week) is the strawberries and cream (Isopure Zero Carb).

I know we need to be eating most of our protein, but I cannot and typically have never been a morning eater. With that in mind, I see a protein drink in my future every single morning from here on out....

I thought that you can only absorb about 25g protein at a time, did I get that part wrong?

If you ingest 80g protein shake in a short time--15-30 mins to maybe up to an hour-- only around 25-30g will actually be absorbed, and the rest will pass through. If you ingested the same protein shake over the whole day, small sips at a time, all 80g will be absorbed.
