My doctor's office said to take:
muti w/iron 2 in the AM and PM
Calcium Chewable 1500mg w/Vitamin D 1in AM/lunch/pm
Bcomplex daily
vitamin d 50000 units weekly
So do I take 3 1500 mg of Calcium w/D every time or buy a 500 mg and split it up for the day?
Also, I can't find Vitamin D 50000 anywhere!
Oh and then the office said they have an Optisource Vitamin that includes everything w/o taking extra calcium (but if it includes everything i thought you can't mix iron /calcium)


Any recomendations are great!!!
