Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Not sure what the difference is, my doctor told me it helps repair the muscle tissue,i'm sure DocSanae will be able to answer that one better!! He also told me to drink Isopure(yuck) so thanks to someones suggestion on here I drink Nectar Sweets Chocolate Truffle and it is so good and they have a variety of different flavors also.I get mine at The Vitamin Shoppe and they have a websiteGood luck!!

Protein supplements are whey (dairy derived) or soy (soy derivied) for the most part. Whichever is fine, although whey is more *complete* (has more types of amino acids than soy) but some people are intolerant to whey, others to soy, and still others (there was one person on this boar) who are intolerant to both.
It's really a matter of what you like, to tide you over until you can get in solid foods including meat, poultry, fish, etc, so you can get your protein in from a more wholesome source.

A shake I like is
Shelley's Protein Shake
8 oz Over the Moon low fat choc milk
1 scoop vanilla whey
5 ice cubes
1/2 banana (or 1 sm banana)
put all in a blender... tastes like a McD choc shake and has 32? grm of protein
So delicious.
