I couldn't do the powders so I switched to the New Whey Licquid Protein Shots (42g). I get mine at walmart and mix one shot with water. Play with the amount of water so the taste isn't too sweet. My favorite flavors are watermelon, acai berry, then grape. The orange and fruit punch didn't sit well with me. Are you able to eat yogurt and cottage cheese yet?

I added chocolate or unflavored powder to pudding and it was super tasty! Also added a banana to my shake for more flavor. Now I add pineapple and a banana to vanilla to make a protein colada :-) This phase isn't forever, thankfully. Just do the best you cam and you will be eating normally in no time....well, your new normal. Lol
