is there a protein powder that i can use to sprinkle on foods and not just mix into them ? ive seen and heard of some people doing that, though the powder i bought from gnc is very thick and ment for shakes and whats bad is i cant stand the chalk like taste....thanks

my surgeon has us use Bariatric Essentials - it's a shake - it's not particularly 'chalky' - but I do find that it tends to coat my tongue.

I know a lot of people use Unjury - I've only tried the unflavored one and didn't like it - but that's me.

I'm not aware of any that you just sprinkle on food

would a powder like similac work well?......i see it has 28g of protein and isnt very expencive
