Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Have you tried any iron pills, not supplements?
Iron shots are all intravenous, never intramuscular.
They are usually given once or twice a week for a total of 5 -10 shots.
The usual pattern of administration is dilute the medication with saline and give slowly over a few minutes.
As for the cost, I can't tell you as I'm not in the US, does anyone else know?
