Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I am having the dickens of a time finding these!! I have looked online and shopped around town for them. Any suggestions??? I hear people taking about them, but I just can not find them. I want to stay away from the pills, because I am having a hard time taking the smallest of ones! I took a fish oil pill this morning and it got stuck sideways in my throat...I was scared to death and just started gagging like crazy! It finally went down and tasted HORRIBLE!!! I am done with those lil boogers! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | okay the two types of calcium are always debatets whats best for us. FOR a little while i was able to get the citracal brand chews in chocolate mint, and caramel but i cant seem to find them anymore as easily. I dont know why. VIACTIV makes chews with the other form of calcium too....of course those can easily be found. I am not sure what happened to citrcalls chews......but i also have found chewable pills by them.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | yeah the chews are carbonate, the pills are citrate. i dont get what the difference is, especially if you eat cheese all day every day like most of us do lol. no i never tried wafers. im actually alternating citrate and carbonate. i eat two chews, and take two pills a day (calcium) the vitamins and othr stuff is another story LOL! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yeah, these are the Citracal Bites with Citralcal® Creamy Bites = Vitamin D contain calcium citrate which is highly absorbable by the body. Packaged for maximum convenience - take one wherever you go. I think that I am going to order a box of each to see which taste I like better! |
