Default The Vitamin the surgeon give me interesting !!!!!!!!!

I go in today for my preop visit with my surgeon. My last one until he sees me Wends AM. Im all cleared and ready to go. No liquid diets. He told me to eat normal but less of it in the days to come.

Now this is interesting. He hands me this spray bottle thing that looks like breath spray. Its called Vitamist Womens Health. This is the web site
VitaMist Spray Vitamins He tells me to follow the directions on the spray and use it starting today. He has started using this vitamin because its a mist that you just spray in your mouth which is absorbed buy the lining of your mouth. You squirt one squirt on each cheek inside 4 times a day. This container had enough for 30 days. He asked that I go and order me a monthly supply of this along with the 500mcg B12 spray. He said its supposed to keep my vitamins up so i dont have to get shots. Of course I will be checked anyways to make sure but he stated hes been impressed with this spray and its much better than trying to injest a pill or chewable.

If any of you have kids, it taste simllar to the vitamins you had to give your kids when they couldnt have a chewable yet. Or I think so. I will be sure to let yall know how this does for me. Im a nurse yes but I dont like shots either. LOL. So im on for the 19th. No butterflys yet but alot of thinking has been done. The hubby is starting to show some fears now. Ughhh....... I have enough of my own.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Im being good Jerry. When he sits in the office with me and the surgeon and hears it all again and knows its here it starts making him think I guess. Hes very fortunate to have alot of my family comming to set with him. I set though his cancer surgery bymyself and was frantic before it was over. The ones that volunterred I took them up on it this time. Im always the one who makes everything ok ya know. Hes getting nervous. I see it. Im on vacation still from work so that is not helping either of us right now LOL. I still want to set my brothers down and talk to the before Wednesday to let them know this was my OWN decision and if somthing goes wrong it was MY decision and to be ok with everything. I just have a horrible headache this afternoon is all and dont put my words in just right but....Im ready!

Vickie, I know what your hubby is going through. I was terrified when Jerry had his surgery two years ago. I was miserable, and I wasn't saved yet so I was just lost. I could not imagine what he was going thru. Thankfully, I was saved and baptized after his surgery, and found my strength in God and my family. The last thing I remember is praying and saying my signature line - "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9) You tell your hubby to take it to God and He will lighten his load. I hope you all don't mind my faith, but I am truly changed because of it, and I know He was the reason I had this surgery and came through it so well.

And I know what you mean about being the one in the family to take care of everyone. My surgeon said this was a very selfish thing we are doing, but it is a good selfish thing because most people who have this surgery have never done anything for just them before. You are in my constant prayers. I am close enough to come help if you need me, hon!

Yep. I had to take stuff to sleep the last week before surgery because of my constant worry. And then I worried like Kenya after surgery that something would still go wrong, but I realized that was a side effect of this surgery, I think at least!

Get some rest.

Hi Vickie, Best of luck to you on surgery day!! I will keep you in my prayers. I'm sure you'll do just fine sweetie. I also had the same kind of vitamin spray, my nutritionalist gave them to me.
