Default The Common Cold?

So I'm starting to get the common cold that started with my son and has worked its way through my entire family finally coming to rest in my nasal passages. I'm just curious -- I used to take an extra heavy dose of Vitamin C in the past when I started getting a cold to "arrest" it. Not sure if I can do that now, or that enough would be absorbed.

What do you all do when you start getting a cold?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I haven't had that experience yet. Call your doctors office and find out what they suggest.

I'm with ya on the cold scene. It is only the 2nd time I've been sick since having GPS.
I have been doing chewable C, but I still have been wondering too. I also wonder about Gingko. Anyone?

VC is watersoluble vitamin, so whatever isn't needed will be flushed out anyway, you can't overdose on it. Also, all multi vits contain C, and as a bypass patient, you should keep it up, anyhow, so if you feel safer in stocking up, I don't see any reason why you can't or shouldn't.
