Question Does Vitamin increase our apatite?

I know I read many times that we don't feel hungry 3 months after the surgery, but I swear to God what I felt this morning was HUNGER no matter what? and I wonder was that feeling related to the multi-vitamin that I had this morning for the first time after the surgey??
if it is then I'm not taking vitamines anymore!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

No, vitamins themselves do not make you hungry.
Are you sure the multivitamin you took has no sugar/sweetener added to it to make the taste better so it's easier to take? Also, was it liquid or in pill form? Be careful to choose vitamins that are not artificially sweetened too much, for too much sweetness will make you hungry. You need your vitamines, so you'll have to try things until you find one that you are comfortable with. If you drink something with your meal, do you know that it will make you hungrier faster because it will make the food leave your small pouch faster? Do you know the Pouch Rules? If you don't, check this article out. Also remember that as your food is upgraded to more solid forms, you must stop taking liquids 30 minutes prior to your meals, and not take liquids until an hour after your meals. It may be that the timing you took the multivitamins, was what made you hungry.

Hope this helps.

Question I had this...

Doc I had this liquid multi-Vitamin
and yes obviously it's the sugar in the liquid it has 10gm per 2 tablespoons (serving).
I tried to access the hyper link under the pouch rules but either it's miss linked or it's empty post!
Thank you for educating me. I admit it's something new for all of us and there so many black boxes out there which we think we know!

Oops, corrected the first link, sorry. Good thing I put in two links
Ahhh, yes, it looks like the sugar is the culprit...10g=40 cals which may be too much for you right now. You need to look not only at the ingredients you are directly concerned about but at the extras, too.

Hope you'll be able to find something that will work better, good luck.
