Are you sure the multivitamin you took has no sugar/sweetener added to it to make the taste better so it's easier to take? Also, was it liquid or in pill form? Be careful to choose vitamins that are not artificially sweetened too much, for too much sweetness will make you hungry. You need your vitamines, so you'll have to try things until you find one that you are comfortable with.
