Red face Protein/HELP

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find unflavored protein and or how I can get more protein in?
Im having a hard time getting in ALL of my protein daily. Any advise? I had my surgery on Sept 17th.
Im tired and want FOOD. LOL
Any advice would be great.
THANKS

Mel

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Have you tried a GNC store? I know we have a local health club that carries it. Good Luck

We buy the vanilla 100% whey protein at Walmart and mix it with skim milk and ice. Can add cinnamon or applesauce early out. Later on we put frozen fruit in. Had about 30 grams of protein and tastes good. Mattie

In the begining my surgeon had me drinking either Slim Fast low carb in chocolate or vanilla, they were ok and the other thing he had me use was the Carnation Instant Breakfast shakes that have zero surgar added. The chocolate wasnt bad. Its hard in the begining and alot of it Im sure as it was with me is head hunger. you think you want the food. But it does get easier. Just follow your doctors orders and time will go by.
