They taste GOOOOOOD. I liked the Calcium chocolate/mint so much the Multivitamin it's citrus flavor but a bit chalky. It is something that I can handle they're great. So one peice of each/day? I enjoy the chocolate mint variety too and that helps with any chocolate cravings i have. THE multi vitamin is okay, does its job i just chew it and got on with my day! GLAD to know your on vitamins and calcium now its very recommended here to take forever by weight loss surgery patients. ((((((((YOUR SO WELCOME)))))))))))))
