Question B12

Ok, I feel really dumb. I bought some B12 supplements at walmart the other day and I think I got the wrong ones. I know that everyone talks about shots or sublingual, but these are just tablets. 500mcg and it says to take 1 daily with meals. I only paid $2-3, so it's not a major loss, but can we not absorb this form of B12?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

The portion of your digestive system that absorbs VB12 is bypassed with RNY surgery.
That's why shots or nasal sprays are best, followed by sublinguals.
