I recommend Dr. Stacy Brethaur at Cleveland Clinic. He is really kind; not like the surgeon stereotypes and explains everything to you at your level, not at all paternalistically. People, I cannot believe this, but I had NOT ONE complication. He's great. They do the Roux en Y laparoscopically there and two weeks out, I'm thinking I could be at work (but let's face it, I'm not).
In addition, they have a lot of support there and once they get to know you, and what you need, they have the groups and professionals to help.
