Default Appointment to discuss revision

I've got an appt for the 15th of aug. with a group in Edmond, okla to see about a revision. None of the groups I've approached and one gal called around for days for me do the ROSE procedure to repair oversized stoma. The patient advocate said their group is out of network but I have 3 insurances..still gotta pay the 'consult' fee up front.

So..prayers girls..I want this fixed I hit this morning get this
-----201.4 lbs..enough is enough!

I had the endoscopy and small bowel series a YEAR ago which showed THE STRETCHED OUT STOMA AND STILL GOT THE 1 OZ. POUCH, !!

But I also have a stenosis in the bowel.

I am wondering who would have been at 'fault' if at some point in the last year I'd had a perforation? geez!

The one place I'd checked with which would be in network for me now, last year said they didn't consider this 'issue' to be a surgical failure.

go figure!

I pray that THIS appt goes better than all the others I've had lately which have been crap ones on other stuff.

The patient advocate who made the appt was very nice and knowlegable so I hope it goes well

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Just for some perspective.. my after picture, which is not at my lowest is 175 lbs. my lowest weight at the high/hard training time was 155, but stayed with minimal training at 162-165 all the time and was a size 6 top 8 bottom..

201.4 not acceptable at a 14-16 bottoms..nope.

between this and the thiamine deficiency issues...3rd week of high dose by mouth and feeling MUCH better thank you!

I'm just hoping this will be a road that can be taken to get this fixed..otherwise what? one day my bowel perforates? I mean really...what is the solution otherwise?

I hope all goes well, Bree. You're a strong woman and a fighter.. you'll get this figured out. Hopefully, the advocate was right and this is the group you need to be at. Good luck!
